  1. I’m so glad you posted this, Elizabeth. I was upset when we first heard she might have brain damage, and devastated to learn of her death.

I loved this actress — I’ve seen the new ‘Parent Trap’ a million times and was in the NYC area when she met Liam Neeson and they were doing a Broadway production.

As a widow myself, I can’t stop thinking about Liam Neeson and their children. And I can’t stop thinking about him having played the widower in ‘Love Actually’ which I’ve also seen quite a few times. He and his sons have a long, hard road ahead of them. My heart grieves for all of them, and their extended family.

Your photograph and few words were perfect. Thank you.

  2. I followed the link on Requiem and “discovered” Sissel. How have I missed her all these years? Thank you so much for this link. I am so happy to have found her music. I always assumed that it was Celine Dion who did the haunting vocals on Titanic. I’m glad to know it was Sissel. That’s two new artists you’ve introduced me to. What other music do you love?

    • I’m so glad you clicked on the link…I’m not sure how many people did and it’s such a beautiful song. I think Sissel sings it better than anyone. I believe I may need to do a musical post. Thanks for the inspiration.

  3. I agree with Elizabeth. And I’m going to miss Natasha Richardson and her glowing beauty. I was at the premiere of Rob Roy in Dublin and she was there with her husband and hugely pregnant with her first child. They were an inspiring couple.
