Gifts Of The Journey Moves To A New Home

Welcome to my new blog home.

I’m still doing a bit of decorating so please bear with me as I work out the kinks.

What do you think of what I’ve done with the dining room so far?

Or how about this living room (Grand Salon)….I wonder how much help it takes to keep this clean.

Look at this….someone has left a bunch of old clothes in the parlor…hmmm,  nothing here that would fit me.

I guess you’ve got a pretty good idea by now of where we spent our honeymoon…need another hint?

I’ll be back in a bit with some stories to share…once I figure out how to make the color in my photographs appear less muddy.  I miss iWeb…

  1. I love your new home here! 🙂 Welcome back from your honeymoon. I know that it must have been lovely.

My husband and I spent our first anniversary there and it was amazing…we had the springtime in Paris experience and it was something that I will never forget 🙂

I can’t wait to hear your stories. Congratulations again and have a wonderful weekend!

  2. Yay! Elizabeth and her blog are back!

Great to see you here. i’ve found WordPress easy to use. The support FAQ’s are great and the one or two questions I posted on the message board got helpful replies within minutes from the support team. I’m still learning though …

Can’t WAIT to see more Paris pics!

Cheers and nice to have you back 🙂

  3. Oh dear, speaking of still learning … I see now my cropped-badly photo now comes up on wordpress comments, so I will have to figure out how to change that one!

Thankfully WordPress is usually pretty intuitive. Cheers.

  4. Hi Elizabeth, I’ve been buried in boxes trying to figure out what’s for storage, what’s for France, what’s for my bedroom at my daughter’s home, and …can I really get rid of some things? I sure hope so because I have too much to move.
    I know you can relate.
I like your new space; Quite the decorator you are!
I leave in 2 weeks for Brittany; hope you and John can come visit over the next four months. If not, plan next year for sure!
    Take care,
    Cheryl

  5. Elizabeth, how far you have come from the mail-room. What and adventure your life has been and you are the buccaneer(ess) that has adventured so far. I should not be but I am amazed at what has is happening for you. Bill
